Aeschynanthus radicans
Lipstick Plant, Basket Vine, Lipstick Vine
A tropical epiphytic vine from the rainforests of Malesia. Its tubular scarlet flowers emerge from dark maroon calyces that look like small lipstick tubes. The cascading, waxy foliage adds colour and movement to closed terrariums and hanging vivariums. It does best in warm, humid conditions with bright indirect light. Non-toxic and easy to care for.
