A rare, very small leafy liverwort endemic to the Indian subcontinent. It grows in tufts on vertical soil cuttings in montane forests from the Himalayas to the Western Ghats. It needs consistently high humidity and shade, and does best in closed terrariums where tropical conditions stay stable.
